How Much does therapy cost?
Major credit cards; American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted forms of payment. I also take your insurance HSA/FSA cards. All payments are due at your session.

I accept insurance for therapy services. I believe that quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone. That’s why I am committed to offering affordable therapy services and accept insurance to help make therapy more accessible. By accepting a variety of insurance providers, I strive to reduce financial barriers so that you can focus on your healing and personal growth without worrying about the cost.
In order to utilize your mental health insurance, there must be medical necessity and you must have a mental health diagnosis. A diagnosis is a way of communicating with insurance companies and other providers. It is a formal name for a cluster of symptoms and not a judgment or identity
The following are insurance and EAP plans that I currently accept. If I accept your insurance, your rates will be different than the rates quoted above. I will be able to review your insurance benefits and let you know if a copay, coinsurance, or deductible applies. I currently work with;
If you have out-of-network benefits and would like to be reimbursed for the services you receive, I am happy to provide you with a monthly receipt you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I advise all clients interested in out-of-network reimbursement to contact their insurance provider directly for more information.

Please contact me to confirm your insurance provider’s coverage and any out-of-pocket costs, and I can provide the necessary paperwork for claims/reimbursement.
Both your time and treatment are valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. All cancelled or missed appointments without 24hrs notice, will be charged $75 fee. I understand that emergencies happen, and we can work together to find a solution when needed.
